ICT DEPARTMENT

 The ICT Department is a large unit responsible for providing and maintaining computing and internet requirements, including hardware, system software, networking, and internet facilities.

It also acts as System Administrator for the website which we are supposed to publish all the media oriented information including the projects running,  the everyday activities like trainings, workshops and meetings. the website also provides the interface of our local platforms like the Workplan database and the official email system which both requires log-in username and password to access it.  

The Digital workplan provides online database that we use to record every year activity. The digital workplan was launched last year and it was the brilliant idea of the former DG mr Mohamed Kamil Yousuf. so far we uploaded almost all the activities of the last year’s workplan. The digital workplan database is a private platform with different level of  clearances. 

The email system  provides official email username and passwords for all the MOIFAR staff. since the staff were using personal emails to send and receive emails which was unprofessional, we came up with the idea of giving everyone among our staff an official email with the extension of our private domain name.
