The director of Jubaland Institute of local government. He has 9 years of experience in government System. He has previously worked monitoring & evaluation department.
He has master Degree of social work and undergraduate degree of public administration. Also he has undergraduate degree of development studies. The director studied monitoring and evaluation at Diploma.
With skills he Possess leadership skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions.
Possesses excellent communication and has ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Can work independently or as part of a team.
ABOUT JUBBALAND LGI
The LGI is the Jubaland state’s principal institution for providing training to local governments.
The Jubaland state is undertaking major reforms to enhance local governance and service provision for the benefit of the population. These include the Expansion Strategy, an initiative by the Jubbland State in partnership with the United Nations Joint Programme on Local Government and Service Delivery (UN JPLG), whose aim is to extend government support to all 17 districts in Jubbaland.

Jubbaland Local Government Institute envisions becoming a standard and role model local capacity building institute producing skilled and competent civil servants in Jubbaland State .
Mission
To achieve this great vision, Jubbaland LGI works towards developing quality standard curriculums, and provision of short and long term training programs for Jubbaland Municipal staffs, as well as for Public administration practitioners, and those aspiring to join the civil service utilizing from Jubbaland’s best and brightest training professionals.
